Poached

Interactive deliverables for an AIGA conference designed around the ideas expressed in Naomi Klein’s book No Logo, which dealt with the progressive big brand takeover, where brands “poach” from culture and society to market back to youth.

This app was meant to act as the thread between each member, providing presentation times, speaker profiles, a map of the facility, and the location of members at the conference. Staying with the concept of “poached”, the app features a camera that allows you to “poach” people at the conference and save their photos for future reference – a sort of pocket Coolhunter to document trends and styles.
